Care Groups

"Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigner, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God." - Ephesians 2 : 19
Purpose
Our purpose is to help co-ordinate the efforts of all members of this congregation to know each other and be attentive to the needs of all.
Reason
We have divided our congregation into four different groups. Every member is assigned to one of these groups, so more responsible attentive can be provided to all of our members. This allows a more condensed group to be attentive to the needs of each other.
How are we involved
Everyone is assigned to a Care Group an is encouraged to meet with their goupd every Sunday evening after service for a few minutes to get their assignments, if necessary, or become informed with what their group is doing. Some of the functions of this group are to provide food in case of death of family members, encourage the sick or destressed, makeing plans for bridal teas, baby showers, etc. and again, enjoying the fellowship of each other in smaller groups so we get to know each other better. These groups are reassigned each year for more diversity in the congregation o each member can be involved with different families.
