Purpose

 

This is a combined effort by a number of congregations of churches of Christ to provide spiritual nourishment, encouragement and wholesome activities for our young people on the campus of the University of North Alabama. Many of our young people become unfaithful when they go to college because of the peer presure and some agnostic professors, hence the importance of this type program.

 

Danny Pettus, a fine gospel preacher, works with these young people.

 

Devotional are held during the week. Retreats are held each year as well as a mission campaign. Students have also helped with Churches of Christ Disaster Relief, Inner City Ministeries and other good works. " Songs of Summer" has been a popular activity in June and July.

 

How are we involved

 

The Cox Blvd congregation contributes monthly to support this program for the UNA students.
